Adding a standing seam roof to the spacious deck on this client's home has allowed them to spend more time enjoying their space, rain or shine.
By installing this 35 foot LVL beam to correct a sagging roof ridge, we were able to stabilize the structure while maintaining the appearance of the beautiful vaulted ceilings.
For this custom deck build on a 90 year old home in the Lindley Park neighborhood, trimming the deck boards to match the offset of the natural stone border opposite the house was one of the highlights. We were also able to repair extensive termite damage and redirect the gutter downspout away from the house.
Full kitchen remodel including new sink and faucet, new appliance installation, tile backsplash installation, painted cabinets, new cabinet hardware, and LVT installation.
